Rückbau der Einrichtung
Mit Baubeginn am 6. Januar 2026 werden zunächst im Bereich A des Gebäudes sämtliche Wohnungen geleert, d.h. alle Möbel sowie die Küchen- und Badeinrichtungen werden entfernt. Die Abfälle werden über einen Fassadenlift in die vor dem Haus bereitgestellten Container geladen. Diese Massnahme zieht moderate Lärmbelästigung während des Tages nach sich.
Dismantling of the facility
With the start of construction on January 6, 2026, all apartments in area A of the building will initially be emptied, i.e., all furniture as well as the kitchen and bathroom fixtures will be removed. The waste will be loaded into the containers provided in front of the house via a facade lift. This action will cause moderate noise disturbance during the day.
