Fassadensanierung
Die Fassade an der Laufenstrasse wird Totalsaniert.
Eine Aussenwärmedämmung mit einer dicke von 20 cm Steinwolle hüllt die Fassade energetisch neu ein.
Dabei werden neue Fensterbänke montiert.
Start Arbeiten Aussenwärmedämmung Strassenseitig ist Anfang Mai 2026.
Alle bestehenden alten Fenster durch neue ausgetauscht.
Im Anschluss wird Hofseitig die Aussenwärmedämmung saniert.
Facade renovation
The facade on Laufenstrasse will be fully renovated.
A 20 cm external thermal insulation system made of stone wool will provide the facade with a new, energy-efficient outer layer.
New window sills will also be installed.
Works on the street-facing external insulation are scheduled to begin in early May 2026.
All existing old windows will be replaced with new ones.
The external insulation on the courtyard side will then be renovated.
