Rückbau der Schadstoffe
In der ersten Phase der Bauarbeiten werden im Abschnitt A des Gebäudes die enthaltenen Schadstoffe entfernt. Hierzu werden die betroffenen Korridore und Treppenhäuser abgesperrt und mit luftdichten Schleusen versehen. Somit ist sichergestellt, dass weder Schadstoffe noch Staub in die anderen Bereiche des Hauses gelangen.
Der Abtransport des Materials erfolgt mittels Spezialmulden, welche vor dem Haus abgestellt werden.
Diese Arbeiten werden etwa sechs Wochen andauern. Während dieser Zeit ist tagsüber mir einer mittleren Lärmbelastung durch das Abschaben der Wandbeläge zu rechnen.
Removal of Contaminants
