Wohnsanierung
Die Wohnungen der 2. ETAPPE im Strang 4 und 5 werden im Zeitraum vom 4. Mai bis 21. August 2026 komplett saniert.
Während den Arbeiten kommt es zu unvermeidlichen Lärmemissionen.
Die gesamte Küchenkombination, Einbauschränke, Bodenbeläge, Sanitärapparte, Wandplatten, Türen, Elektroleitungen werden demontiert und entsorgt.
An den Wänden wird der Asbest, mit spezieller Entsorgung, entfernt. Für die Wohnzimmererweiterung wird die Backsteinwand hinausgeschlagen.
Die geamte Entsorgung erfolgt über den Baulift in die Mulde.
In der weiteren Bauphase werden die Sanitär-, Heiz- und Elektroleitungen im Strang neu eingezogen. Dazu benötigt es Kernbohrungen.
Im Ausbau gibt es Innenwärmedämmung, Vorstellwände, Grundputz, Abrieb, Weissputz, Küchen,
Im Bad Wandplatten mit Sanitärarmaturen.
An der Fassade werden über den Gerüstlauf die Aussendämmarbeiten ausgeführt.
Wir bitten die Bewohnerinnen um Aufmerksamkeit hinsichtlich möglicher Unfallgefahren sowie um Wachsamkeit und Meldung bei ungebetenen Gästen.

Residential refurbishment
The apartments in Phase 2, in Sections 4 and 5, will undergo full renovation from 4 May to 21 August 2026.
During the works, unavoidable noise disturbance is to be expected.
Kitchen units, built-in cupboards, floor coverings, sanitary fittings, wall tiles, doors and electrical wiring will be removed and disposed of in their entirety.
Asbestos will be removed from the walls and disposed of using special procedures. For the extension of the living room, the brick wall will be broken through.
All waste will be removed using the construction lift and placed in the skip.
In the next phase of the works, new sanitary, heating and electrical lines will be installed in the section. This will require core drilling.
During the fitting-out phase, internal thermal insulation, independent wall linings, base plaster, textured finish plaster, smooth white plaster and kitchens will be installed. In the bathrooms, wall tiles and sanitary fittings will be fitted.
On the facade, the external insulation works will be carried out from the scaffolding platform.
