Einrichtung der Baustelle

Anfang Januar werden wir am Bereich A des Gebäudes einen Fassadenlift erstellen, damit der Transport von Schutt und Material nicht durch das Hausinnere erfolgen muss. Neben dieser Installation werden auch zwei Mulden zum Abtransport des Rückbaumaterials gestellt. Diese Mulden werden alle zwei Tage geleert und sind nachts verschlossen.

Im Innern des Gebäudes wird der Lift im Bereich A nur noch das 1.OG und das DG erreichen. Die Treppenhäuser und Fluchtwege bleiben selbstverständlich geöffnet. Lediglich die Zugänge zu den Etagen 2 bis 6 werden aus Sicherheitsgründen verschlossen.

Construction Site Setup

At the beginning of January, we will install a facade lift at Area A of the building, so that the transport of debris and materials does not have to take place through the interior of the house. In addition to this installation, two containers will also be provided for the removal of demolition materials. These containers will be emptied every two days and are locked at night.

Inside the building, the lift in Area A will only reach the 1st floor and the attic. The staircases and escape routes will, of course, remain open. Only the access to floors 2 to 6 will be locked for safety reasons.
